Requirement gathering, analysis and code development for customizing out of the box BMC Remedy ITSM 3^rd Party Tools Integration and in compliance with U.S. government security standards for software applications.  Utilize BMC Remedy ARS Toolset.  Develop Performance Management and Capacity management plans for the BMC Remedy Application and Mid-tier Servers.  Perform configuration changes to the BMC Remedy Application and Mid-tier server to improve the performance of the system.  Develop Remedy APIs with integration of external tools, C++ and C.  Install and configure BMC Remedy, ITSM Suite on Linux, UNIX and Windows environment depending on the Client’s hardware environment, and ITIL frame work.  Install, Configure and Deploy Remedy Mid-tier on web application servers like Tomcat and Web Logic.  Develop Approval Rules, Roles and Mappings for the Change Management System.  Review code.  Perform code migration and develop Remedy migration plans.  Integrate remedy system with LDAP authentication server using AR Server Plug-ins.  Integrate BMC Remedy with NetCool, Knowledge Management and Apropos.  Requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related and 3 years experience in the job offered or as a computer professional; or in lieu of, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent or related and 5 years progressive work experience in the job offered or as a computer professional.  Additional requirements: 1) BMC Remedy ARS Toolset; 2) Remedy ITSM 3^rd Party Tools Integration; 3) C/C++; 4) ITIL Framework; 5) Remedy Migration; 6) Web Logic; and 7) Linux and Windows Server.  Send resume with cover letter to AttivaSoft, LLC, Attention: C.
