The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in ARS 6.x and ITSM 6.x. The qualified candidate must be able to develop and customize custom applications, in addition; customizing the ITSM 7.0. Candidate should also be able to analyze complex problems, design workable solutions, implement, support, and use Remedy's AR system in a UNIX server, Oracle database environment.  Candidates will need to perform maintenance and enhancements to all Remedy applications.

Candidate must have previous Federal experience with a Public Trust or Secret Clearance.  Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with diverse personalities and working styles. Candidate must have great customer relationship management skills.  Candidate will need to interact directly with customers to identify and resolve project issues.
