Bruce Tyler, Co-founder and CEO
Bruce E. Tyler serves as CEO and Co-founder of AttivaSoft. Mr. Tyler is responsible for corporate vision and strategic planning at Attivasoft. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and a MBA from University of Maryland.
Prior to co-founding AttivaSoft, Mr. Tyler held management and leadership positions at companies such as American Management Systems (AMS), Bell Atlantic, and Impact Innovations.
Mr. Tyler remains active in his community by volunteering and participating in organizations like the Urban League, BDPA, Maryland Business Roundtable for Education, Greater Baltimore Technology CEO Roundtable, and the Boy Scouts of America.
Ivo Tasong, Co-founder, President & COO
Ivo A. Tasong serves as President, COO and Co-founder at AttivaSoft. Mr. Tasong is responsible for day-to-day operations across AttivaSoft's global business platform. He graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada with a degree in Computer Programming.
Prior to co-founding AttivaSoft, Mr. Tasong was a much sought after senior consultant who led the implementation of world-class IT Service Management solutions for major Financial Institutions, Telecoms and ISPs such as Northern Telecom (Nortel) in Canada, AT&T Solutions, UUNET, Merrill Lynch and CAIS Internet.
Mr. Tasong has been a principal in other successful businesses, and as an active volunteer, he serves on the board of various charity groups and is Chairman of a community non-profit organization.
DeLacy Cox, Chief Financial Officer
DeLacy Cox serves as the Chief Financial Officer at AttivaSoft. Mr. Cox is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations across AttivaSoft's global business platform. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Maryland and his MBA from Southern Illinois University. During a 17 year period Mr. Cox practiced as a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and in the District of Columbia providing a wide range of professional accounting, management and systems consulting services to a wide range of commercial and government clients.
DeLacy Cox has a tremendous track record in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining AttivaSoft Mr. Cox was the founding principal in a successful management consulting firm, served as Assistant Chief Accountant for Audit and Financial Surveillance at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Special Assistant to the Inspector General at the United States Agency for International Development, and was an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company.
During his career Mr. Cox has been active in numerous professional, trade, and civic organizations. Representative organizations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Urban Bankers Association, and the Greater Washington Chapter of CPAs. Mr. Cox also served as an Operations Officer to the 1980 White House Conference on Small Business where he received a Presidential Certificate of Appreciation.
Cindi Jenkins, Director of Human Resources
Cindi Jenkins serves as Director of Human Resources at AttivaSoft. Ms. Jenkins is responsible for talent management and employee relations at AttivaSoft. Ms. Jenkins attended Anne Arundel Community College and University of Maryland, College Park. She is currently participating in the Leadership Howard County Program for the Class of 2010. She is an active member of SHRM and currently serves on the Board of Directors as President-Elect for the Howard County Chapter of SHRM.
Prior to joining AttivaSoft, Ms. Jenkins worked for Washington Business Group on Health (WBGH) in Washington, DC where she worked as a Human Resources Assistant.
Ms. Jenkins has volunteered for many years in several organizations to include the National Park Service, Project Literacy, and Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, swimming, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Amie Stone, Director of Service Management Solutions
Amie Stone serves as Director of Service Management Technology Solutions for AttivaSoft. Ms. Stone is responsible for AttivaSoft’s strategic technology vision, evaluating new technology solutions and driving the selection of “Next Gen” technologies for company offering. Ms. Stone oversees the evolution of AttivaSoft’s implementation methodologies to align with innovative frameworks and industry best-practices.
Ms. Stone is a graduate of the University of Maryland – Baltimore County (UMBC) and received a BS degree in Information Technology.
Prior to joining AttivaSoft, Ms. Stone was a Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC) implementing IT Solutions to commercial, federal, and state agencies around the United States. She was a sought after consultant who worked with several partners including Remedy Corporation. Ms. Stone specialized in the Customer Relationship Management application, in addition to the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite of products.
Amie has volunteered for many years in the Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer, boating, swimming, running, and spending time with friends and family.
